We have a new appointment booking system called eConsult.
Simply go to  to get help from the practice within 24 hrs. This is our new way of helping you. You can ask for advice, request a GP letter or sick note.

To find out how eConsult works please click here.

You can order repeat medication online using the NHS app, through your local pharmacyPatient Access or through our website.

If you are registered (or wish to register) for 'Patient Access', please go to the 'Patient Access Appointment Booking & Prescriptions' tab within the 'Key Information' section on the left-hand side of the 'Home' page.

Via 'Patient Access' is the Practice's preferred method for ordering online prescriptions.

Repeat prescriptions will be issued at the doctor's discretion. Requests for repeat prescriptions can also be made by:

Calling in at the surgery

Posting requests through the letterbox out of hours.

Requesting through our website (this is NOT via Patient Access and takes slightly longer each time you make a request) - click here to request online

Please note that we do not take requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone. Please allow 48 hours when ordering prescriptions and make allowances for weekends and public holidays.

We are part of the Electronic Prescribing Scheme which enables prescriptions to be sent electronically to your pharmacist. Please ask at reception or at your local pharmacist's for details.

If you are unable to come to the surgery to collect your prescription, arrangements can be made with local pharmacies:

Lloyds Anchor Meadow 01922 452054 Collection & Delivery
Lazy Hill Walsall Wood Road 01922 452756 Collection & Delivery
Boots Croft Parade (Aldridge) 01922 452978 Collection & Delivery

If you want any medication that is no longer on your repeat prescriptions list, the Doctor may decide you need to book an appointment before a medication is issued.

The practice are engaged in a pilot from September 2015 to February 2016 with Walsall CCG and the Walsall NHS Healthcare Trust to test the benefit of, a Pharmacy Technician reviewing various less straight forward medication requests. The aims of this pilot are to provide a more efficient, streamlined process for patients and provide support for GP's and Nurse prescribers with more complex medication requests.
