Very Good = 353 – 'Dr Ladak was very helpful and made me feel comfortable'.

Good = 26 – ‘The doctor was charming and seemed to be efficient'.

Neither Good Nor Poor = 9 – ‘My appointment was very rushed, 10 minutes is not long enough'.

Poor = 1 – ’15 mins late being seen, even though the screen said my Dr was on schedule’.       

Very Poor = 3 – ‘Directed me to a service that was not available to view documents even after being added by reception staff’.
