Aspirin
Please note: The message below is only for patients who have been directed to this webpage by the practice.
We are identifying patients who may benefit from taking an aspirin 75mg tablet once a day.
Patients who have some heart or blood vessel conditions (e.g. coronary heart disease or peripheral vascular disease) are usually advised to take aspirin to reduce the risk of further illness. However, there are some situations where it might not be advised (e.g. if you are taking other blood-thinning medication).
If you complete the few questions below, we can update our records and if you wish we can ring you to discuss if aspirin would benefit you.
