I saw the doctor with my foster child XX - She is the first doctor who got the correct oxygen reading machine for XX whome 3 months old. Brilliant care, [cannot read this word] thorough and felt reassured. Please ensure all babies have the right oxygen reader.

 

Had my diabetic check today with Deb. felt very well cared for. took time with bloods & blood pressure. Ive come out very pleased with my appointment Thank you From XX.

I can see you were given a few mixed messages about what other staff could do for you, my appologies. That is not good enough from our side.

I can also see the other staff member did not think you need any xray or MRI based on their medical opinion. You were rude to them and slammed the door on the way out. Not very nice. Please do not do that in the future. Treating people with respect, gains respect in return. Thank you.

Had to come to portland today. The reception staff were wonderful. It was a pleasre to be at Portland. The reception staff were helpful, attentive helped me as as the patient, nothing was to much trouble, attentive and are a credit to themselves and portland. They deinately need to have a pay rise (and backdated) Thank you to Portland From XX.

Making XX feel heard & comfortable; Jane too the nurse and all Receptionist staff are helpful, lovely, Professional; Dr Saeed went through every option and help us to make positive choices; & both doc/nurse done physical checks. but they care; wellbeing & mental health.
