Had to come to portland today. The reception staff were wonderful. It was a pleasre to be at Portland. The reception staff were helpful, attentive helped me as as the patient, nothing was to much trouble, attentive and are a credit to themselves and portland. They deinately need to have a pay rise (and backdated) Thank you to Portland From XX.

 

Jayne is very friendly helpful and professional.

 

Excellent reception from both Emma + Jackie, really pleasant manner which is rare these days 

 

Amazing visit, thank you to Dr Saeed - he was so very thorough and he took my BP and (especially) he took time to ascertain what was/is going on for me. Im very grateful.

 

Fantstic support from Emma on reception polite, friendly and really helpful. Clinical staff was also patient, friendly and helpful. Always get a good experience at this practice.

Dr Saeed; helped in helping support for us move forward; meetings; Cahms referral. Advice with school/meetings. Making XX feel heard & comfortable; Jane too the nurse and all Receptionist staff are helpful, lovely, Professional; Dr Saeed went through every option and help us to make positive choices; & both doc/nurse done physical checks. but they care; wellbeing & mental health.
