Very Good = 339 – ‘Lovely friendly welcome to appointment making me feel very at ease’.

Good = 32 – ‘I saw the nurse on time, was greeted in a friendly manner  was examined and given some advice’.

Neither Good Nor Poor = 7 – ‘My appointment was 25 minutes before I was seen’.

Poor = 2 – ‘Doctor not available & appointment cancelled by text from practice’.    

Very Poor = 4 – ‘Waited 50 minutes’.

Don’t Know = 3 - ‘I didn't have to wait in the waiting room for long & went in virtually on time’.
