H.G.V. Medical (Including PSV, LGV, Taxi, PCV)	£100.00
Driving Medical (sports, elderly, etc)
With Medical:	£85.00
Report, no examination:	£90.00
Employment Medical	£120.00
Insurance Medical Examination & Report:	£120.00
Holiday Cancellation Claim	£25.00
Vaccination Certificate	£15.00
BUPA/PPP/Private Insurance	£25.00
Yellow Fever Vaccination & Certificate	£55.00
Driving Licence	£20.00
Fitness to Travel/Sports Certificates	£25.00
Influenza Vaccinations - per vaccination (when not covered by the NHS regulations 2006)	£15.00
Road Traffic Accident Examination	£21.30
